Extended features are available through Evernote Premium, such as offline notebooks, collaboration, pass-codes to protect your notes, increased data upload allowance (1GB per month with a maximum note size of 100MB), searching within your PDFs and other uploaded documents, their Related Notes feature, and note presentation. You will see the following “eye” icon on some documents (particularly those that are not PDFs):Ĭlicking on the “eye” will open a viewing window, similar to that of Google Drive (which we will get to later this semester).ĭocuments are easily viewable and searchable. What if a document isn’t immediately viewable within the note? This way, when I am looking to organize and prioritize my assignments and readings for the week, all of my documents are in the same place. All notes are searchable based on words and phrases within the note, as well as tags assigned to the note.Īs you can see above, I have a notebook specifically for class syllabi.
